Version 1.1 · in force · 10 September 2026
This page is the agreement between you and the company that makes Nonimo. It covers using this website and using the software, and it says plainly what the software does not do, which matters more than what it does.
It is written to be read. If a clause is unclear, write to us and we will tell you what it means before you agree to it.
Nonimo is a product of Llevant Group Pty Ltd (ABN 17 691 906 751), an Australian company which also trades as Aivy Automations. Principal place of business: 1A Bruce Street, Kensington VIC 3031, Australia. In this page, we and us mean that company, and you mean the person or organisation using the software.
You accept these terms by installing or using the software, or by using this website.
Nonimo replaces names and other client details in text you select, before you paste that text somewhere else. The detection runs on your own computer.
Three limits, stated here and not only in the sales pages, because they are the difference between a tool that helps and a control that someone might mistake for a guarantee:
Nonimo is a tool that helps you comply with your obligations. It is not legal advice, and using it is not by itself compliance with the Privacy Act or with any other law that applies to you.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software for your own purposes or those of your organisation, for as long as these terms are in force and, on a paid plan, for as long as it is paid for.
On a paid plan the licence is per person, for the number of people you have paid for. You may move a licence between people; you may not have more people using it at once than you have paid for.
We keep ownership of the software, of everything in it and of the Nonimo name. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.
The text you select is processed on your computer and is not sent to us. What we do collect, and the little that other companies touch, is set out in full on our privacy page, which forms part of these terms.
Five things the software itself does reach the network for, so that this page does not overstate anything: checking whether there is a newer version; sending a daily count of how much of your monthly allowance you have used, on the personal version whether it is free or paid; sending a problem report, when you press the button to send one; the optional coverage report, which somebody has to switch on; and, on a paid plan, payment, plus the monthly seat count your own compliance panel sends us. None of the five carries the text you analyse, and they are set out item by item on the privacy page, which is the list that governs.
Until 10 September 2026 this paragraph said three things and named “licence checks” among them. Your licence is a signed file that is checked on your own computer with no network, so that was a connection we announced and do not make. If that ever changes, this page and the privacy page change first, on the same day and before any build does it.
There is a free version, and it comes with a limit of 200,000 masked words a month. What happens when you reach that limit, and how to lift it — an email address on our licence page and nothing else — is set out there. This page did not mention the limit at all until 10 September 2026, and it is the most material term of the only plan that exists today. Where a plan is paid, the price, the billing period and what is included are the ones shown at the time you buy, and payments are handled by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.
Paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part periods just because you changed your mind, which does not affect the remedies you have under Australian Consumer Law described below.
We can change prices for future periods. If we do, we will tell you before the change applies to you.
We will keep improving the software, and that means it will change. We may add, alter or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you are paying for and it matters to you, tell us and we will sort out a refund or a credit for the part you have not used.
We do not promise the software is free of faults or that it will always be available. What we do promise is in the next two sections, and that is the part that binds us.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits or removes those rights, and if anything here appears to, that part does not apply.
For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not major, you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time and, if that is not done, to a refund.
Where the law allows us to, and only for anything not covered by those guarantees, our liability is limited to supplying the software again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Subject to the section above, and to the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of or damage to data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
This is the honest shape of it: Nonimo is a tool you run on your own machine, on text you choose, and you decide what to send. We take responsibility for the software working as described. We cannot take responsibility for what is sent through an AI tool by the person sitting at the keyboard.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the software and, if you are on a paid plan, cancelling it.
We can end your licence if you break these terms in a serious way and do not fix it within a reasonable time after we ask. If we do, we will refund the part of any period you have paid for and not used.
We can change these terms. The version and the date at the top always say which one is in force, and earlier versions are available on request. If a change materially reduces what you get on a paid plan, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel and be refunded for the part you have not used.
This agreement is governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the place you live.

Version 1.1, 10 September 2026. It corrects one paragraph: the software reaches the network for five things and this page said three, and it named a licence check that does not happen — the licence is verified on your own machine with no network. Version 1.0, 6 August 2026, was the first version of this page. It has been written carefully and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer; those are two different things and we say both. When we change this page we change that date.
