If Nonimo is not right for you, you can have your money back. This page says how.
You can ask for a full refund of any payment for Nonimo within 30 days of that payment, including renewals. You do not need to give a reason.
Go to paddle.net, look up your order with the email address you paid with, and request the refund there.
Or write to hello@nonimo.ai with the email address you paid with, and we will pass your request on to Paddle.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes the refund and returns the money to the payment method you used.
This policy adds to your rights; it does not replace them. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer law of the place you live, which our terms describe.
